Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and powerful form of Hatha yoga, where the postures are synchronized with deep breathing (ujjayi), creating a flow of movement (vinyasa). The postures are performed in different series, where the most commonly practiced is the Primary Series.
